Medical document FAQs
Does a foreign sick note need a certified translation?
Employers and ZUS usually require a certified translation. If unsure, ask the recipient and I will prepare the version you need.
How are my documents kept confidential?
Sworn translators are bound by statutory professional confidentiality. Only I see the files submitted through the quote form, and I delete them after completing the order.
Do you translate specialist terminology?
Yes. I have translated medical records for over twenty years, carefully preserving test names, units and medical abbreviations.
