Quote request form
I use the information submitted through the form (name, phone number or email, files and notes) solely to prepare a quote and discuss your order. Processing is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Form information and files are sent to my email address. A backup is stored in a non-public directory on the website server for 30 days in case email delivery fails, and then deleted automatically. I delete emails and documents after completing the order. Statutory translation register entries and invoice details are retained for the periods required by law.
Professional confidentiality
Sworn translators are bound by professional confidentiality under Polish law. Documents are shared only with people whose involvement is necessary to complete the order.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Please email the address above.
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no analytics, advertising or third-party visitor tracking services. The quote form sets only a session cookie and an XSRF token to protect against requests from other websites. These technically necessary cookies do not identify a person, are not shared and expire when the browser closes or after two hours of inactivity. A cookie consent prompt is therefore not displayed.
